Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

**Your role**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Liability Injury team within the Commercial Claims department based in our Manchester office.
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, detail oriented & customer service driven individual to join our team. A specific training programme will be provided, tailored to your level of experience handling liability injury claims.
Managing a caseload of Commercial Claims, you will be responsible for the end-to-end handling of a range of claims, investigating liability, negotiating settlement and making decisions on which are allowed to litigate.
You will proactively liaise with internal & external stakeholders on a consistent basis, building great working relationships with our customers, brokers & suppliers. As well as communicating effectively with claimant solicitors.
This position will offer hybrid working 2 days per week at the office in Manchester

- Current experience of working in an insurance claims environment in a similar role.
