We are now looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

**The Role**

As our Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead our Sales & Marketing Department, delivering sales targets and ensuring engagement with the Cavanna Homes brand.

The main elements of the role will include leading the department and the people within it, leading sales and marketing activity, supporting project teams, ensuring customer expectations are met and significantly contributing to the Cavanna Homes brand.

Operating at a strategic level, you will set all standards for the department, manage resources, oversee the performance of the team and monitor competitors and costs. You will ensure a high level of motivation within the team and provide the support to ensure all team members can achieve their utmost.

Additionally, you will:

- Advise on the optimum sales targets for acquisition and prestart packs
- Oversee sales site set up and sales presentations for all sites
- Manage the development of department systems
- Set sales targets to achieve metrics agreed in the Trading Plan
- Ensure projects deliver on customer expectations
- Support sales staff within project teams
- Promote the company image and name
- Play a key role in the development of the company business plan

**About You**

To be considered as our Director of Sales & Marketing, you will need:

- Experience leading sales and marketing functions in the housebuilding industry
- Experience in a managerial position at Head of or Senior level
- Experience working in project teams and/or collaborating across departments
- Knowledge of NHBC and/or HBF standards and the Consumer Code
- Knowledge of the construction industry and how houses are built
