Looking for an exciting opportunity to develop your administration skills and gain valuable experience? Consider joining UK Power Solutions as a Multi-Utility Coordinator in our Closures Team
In this role, you will process completed work instructions as well as all relevant closure paperwork paperwork relating to the installation of onsite Water, Gas and Electric utilities. This also includes investigations into historic queries to enable Asset Value claims to be processed.
You will need to be organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic and growing company.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Ensure the accurate and timely updating of the MU master spreadsheets.
- Liaise with Asset Value claims team and Aslaid team to enable project closure and Asset Value claims.
- Assist with completing relevant water paperwork for all regional MU project water authorities.
- Collate and submit Gas closure packs to the relevant networks.
- Assist with authorisation and rejection of all regional MU project Solution Domain paperwork returned from site team within departmental SLA’s.
- Update clients on complete and incomplete works.
- Carry out other administrative duties as required by the Multi-Utility Team Leader.

- Previous administration or coordination experience
