Management Accountant Manager
- Liverpool City Centre
- Full Time/ Permanent/ Hybrid

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the heads of departments in the delivery of accounts and improving services across the group and subsidiaries. You will be a key contact whilst managing a small team and running monthly review and budgetmeetings.

This role is ideal for Part Qualified Accountant or Finalist looking for a Business Partner and Operational type role where you can help encourage and support team and professional growth across the wider organisation.

**Description**

Duties and tasks as the Management Accountant Manager:

- To assist the Finance Business Partner and Head of Department with business performance and monitor income and expenditure budgets, investigate variance and produce budgetary control comments
- Actively prepare revenue and income budgets towards annual budget setting processes
- Mentor and coach the team members to develop their skills with a focus on analysis and performance
- Production of commentary and analysis of monthly management accounts
- Coordinating multiple cost departments including grants, funding and income
- Development of long term business planning and forecasting

**Profile**

To be successful as the Management Accountant Manager you will have:

- ACCA/ CIMA Part Qualified or Finalist
- Experience of managing staff is desirable
- Independently produced the full set of management accountant
- Experience of coordinating multiple cost centres
- Excellent communicator and ability to run budget holder meetings independently
- Confident in assessing and analysing complex data and other financial information
