**SUMMARY**
Our Content creator will be the creative force behind our brand’s visual and video content. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to produce engaging, high-quality content for our social media channels, website, and ad campaigns. Your role will be key in executing on our brands visual presence, bringing our concepts to life, ensuring that our message resonates with our audience across all platforms.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual who is eager to join a fast-growing, disruptive hair wellness business. The individual will work with a lean, focused team and will enjoy exposure to all facets of the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Content Creation**:Develop and produce captivating static and video content for our social media channels, website, and marketing campaigns.
- **Graphic Design**:proficient in the use of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create visually appealing graphics that align with our brand identity.
- **Video Production**:Edit and produce engaging video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, bringing our products and story to life.
- **Social Media Management**:Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that resonates with our audience on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- **Trend Analysis**:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, hair care, and beauty, and use this knowledge to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- **Brand Consistency**:Ensure that all content adheres to Nylah’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent voice and style across all platforms.

- **Tech-Savvy Designer**:Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. You know your way around the tools that bring your creative ideas to life.
- **Social Media Enthusiast**:You understand the dynamics of social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and know how to create content that engages and grows our audience.
- **Detail-Oriented & Organized**:You’re meticulous with details and have strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- **Passionate About Hair & Beauty**:You have a genuine passion for black hair and beauty, and you’re excited to create content that celebrates and empowers our community.
- **Collaborative Team Player**:You enjoy working as part of a team, sharing ideas, and collaborating to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- **CRM Knowledge**:Familiarity with CRM platforms like Klaviyo is a plus, as you’ll be integrating your content into our broader marketing strategies.
