Digital Waffle is looking for a Content Creator to join our growing team in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. This is a hybrid role combining creative design and content marketing, ideal for someone who can take ideas from concept to completion across digital channels.Role: Digital Content SpecialistSalary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annumLocation: Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter) – Hybrid, 3 days per week onsiteWhat you’ll be doing:Create engaging content across multiple platforms including web, social media, and email campaignsDesign visual assets for digital marketing activity using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or CanvaWrite and edit blogs, web copy, and case studies aligned with brand voice and SEO best practiceManage and grow social media channels through content planning and performance trackingCollaborate with the wider team to ensure all creative output supports business objectivesContribute to campaign concepts, ensuring visual and written content work seamlessly togetherWhat you’ll need:Proven experience in content marketing and digital designStrong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across platformsConfident using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or FigmaUnderstanding of SEO principles and digital marketing trendsExcellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at onceA proactive, creative mindset with a passion for digital storytellingWhat’s on offer:Salary £30,000 - £40,000 per annumHybrid working – 3 days per week in our Birmingham Jewellery Quarter officeOpportunity to shape and grow the Digital Waffle brand across digital channelsCreative, supportive environment where ideas are encouragedGenuine progression and development opportunities within a fast-growing businessIf you’re someone who loves combining design with content marketing and want to work in a creative, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
