**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health conditions
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Support clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia care through behaviour management techniques
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or manager
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in caregiving roles such as senior care, hospice care, or home care
- Familiarity with patient care protocols and first aid procedures
- Knowledge of Alzheimer’s and dementia care practices is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility issues
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to client interactions
- A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients
- Certification in caregiving or nursing is an advantage but not mandatory

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
