**WHAT WE NEED**:
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to help oversee our store in Bloomfield Shopping Centre. Bangor Northern Ireland.

The applicant must have retail experience, preferably at supervisor level. Knowledge of the outdoor sports market would be a great advantage.
- Experience in merchandising within a retail environment.
- Experience in team management.
- The ability to train and develop others.
- Experience in dealing with the public.
- Experience in cash handling/banking.
- Experience in stock room management.
- Sound product knowledge.
- Sound health & safety knowledge.
- An active participant in outdoor activities.
- Administration experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £7.03-£9.70 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
