- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive working environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise in a professional manner.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in stock management processes.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure the store is well-organised, visually appealing, and meets health and safety standards.

*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role is preferred.
- Strong sales management skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to sell products while providing outstanding service.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenges with professionalism.
