**Our role**

As an ENWS Cable Jointer you will be responsible in delivering all associated works at the customer service position. Ensuring the required outputs are delivered and in accordance with all technical and safe working practices, standards of health & safety are exceeded, productivity and quality of service delivery are maximised, excellent customer service is delivered and all appointment regulatory obligations are kept.

**Knowledge and skills**:

- Have proven working experience working as a LV Cable Jointer (desirable)
- Hold a City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification or a recognised Craft Apprenticeship and / or Vocational Training equivalent to NVQ level 3 in electrical engineering (essential)
- City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent qualification held in inspection and testing. (desirable)
- Be an excellent written and verbal communicator to manage both internal and external relationships coupled with good numerical skills; (desirable)
- Be focused on ensuring excellent customer service; (desirable)
- Be proficient in the use of MS Office (desirable)
- Hold a valid, full UK driving licence (essential) with categories B +E (desirable);
- Have experience in BS 6423 & BS 7671. (desirable)
