**FTE Salary: up to £24,588.00 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)**
**Actual Salary**:up to £22,431.60**
**Contract Type**:Permanent, Term-Time only**
**Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year**

Term-Time Only Contracts will incur a salary adjustment if the start date is after 1st September.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Communicating to and supporting students attending across the study programme
- Supporting trip organisation
- Organising and tracking department finances
- Organising and tracking department data, including for moderation purposes
- Organising and developing documentation for the department
- Using Microsoft Teams to share opportunities to students
- Supporting and leading in department strategy

**Beneficial Skills & Qualifications**
- GCSE Maths and English grade C or above
- Experience of working in administration roles is preferable
- Adaptable organisational and time-management skills, including personally
- Confidence in interpreting and tracking data
