**Benefits and Compensation Specialist** to manage all related work/queries both in the UK and internationally across all our business entities. This is a challenging opportunity for you to grow your career with ABL Group.

**What you will be doing.**:
As our
**Benefits and Compensation Specialist,** you will play a vital role in managing and optimising our organisation's compensation and benefits programs.

In this role, you will work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure competitive and attractive compensation packages, as well as comprehensive benefits offerings, to attract and retain top talent. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining compliance with regulations and developing strategies to enhance employee engagement and well-being.

You will also need to be able to work autonomously on briefed tasks and as part of a team as required. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

- Completing all Job Evaluations through Willis Towers Watson, ensuring all job descriptions are uploaded to the portal.
- Conducting a comprehensive analysis of compensation and benefits programs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Leading on market research to benchmark our compensation and benefits offerings against industry standards.
- Supporting the implementation and management of compensation structures, including salary ranges, incentive plans and equity programs.
- Working closely with HR and talent acquisition teams to design competitive compensation packages for new hires and promotions.
- Providing guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits-related inquiries.
- Preparing reports and presentations to communicate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs to senior management.
- Administering employee benefit programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Staying up to date with employment law and regulations to ensure compliance in all compensation and benefits practices.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

**What we are looking for.**:

- Hold a University Degree in HR or Business Administration or CIPD certification is an advantage, but not a requisite.
- Must have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits.
- Previous experience with job evaluations, salary surveys and market analysis and familiarity with various HRIS software.
- Experience in a complex matrix organization with stakeholder management.
- Must be well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Should have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

**Desirable Competencies**:

- CIPD Certified.
- Experience in the Energy sector would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Compensation management tools.
