Our client, a global law firm in the City, is looking for a Rewards and Benefits Specialist / Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join their team. The role is a FTS 12-month maternity cover. Hybrid working. Salary £50-61k + excellent benefits.

If you have Workday experience this could be the ideal opportunity for you. Reporting to the Rewards and Benefits Manager and working in a Rewards and Benefits team of 6 in the London office, this is a varied and interesting role including -- Salary reviews
- Benchmarking
- Liaising with the HR team and providing advice
- Assisting with the rollout of Workday globally
- Analysis and budgeting
- Liaising with external benefits providers
- Responding to queries from HR and employees
- Keeping up to date with market trends
- Ad hoc projects

You will require at least 3 years' experience in Rewards and Benefits / Compensation Analysis in a large Professional Services environment such as a law firm or accountants. You will also need experience utilising Workday plus Excel.
