**Up to £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)**
Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with a leading Edinburgh based client within the Pensions & Financial Services sector to recruit a number of Pensions Property Administrators who will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrationand transaction work for investment clients.
**Duties involved in this role will include**:

- Transactions administration across the property portfolios of a number of the company's investment clients, including property lettings, rent control, property valuations and risk assessments
- Extensive dealings with a number of key contacts including end clients, IFA's and conveyancers
- Working to defined KPI's and SLA's, ensuring outstanding service is provided to clients at all times
- Process and proposition development
- Various other pensions & property administration tasks as required
**In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include**:

- Extensive previous experience in an Administration role within Financial Services or Pensions - this experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with experience of dealing with stakeholders at all levels of business
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a very busy workload effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
