In this employed Financial Advisor job covering Portsmouth to Worthing you will inherit two existing client banks

As a Financial Advisor, you will be focused on providing excellent client service through appropriate financial planning advice. The existing client banks have client service agreements in place with ongoing income. In addition, you will have leads providedfrom their various marketing initiatives.

You will be providing financial planning advice on all areas, including investments, pensions. Plus, should support your clients’ holistic needs by providing mortgage and protection advice.

It is important you are able to create self-generation opportunities with additional new business and referrals.

**Financial Advisor Development**

Regular training and development workshops plus interaction within the team to help, support and increase each other’s knowledge is highly recommended by the group. Paraplanning service is available if required, and the company have their own in-house ComplianceDirector to provide practical support.

**Financial Advisor Requirements**
- You should hold Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
- You should have some experience as a Financial Advisor and have advised on mortgages within last year or so
- A key reason behind their continued success is the family feel within the business; therefore, new individuals joining will need to be like-minded

**Financial Advisor Benefits**
- Salary of £35,000 plus monthly and quarterly commission payments
- Year 1 OTE of £50,000 and Year 2 OTE of £60,000+
- 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, 3x DIS, workplace pension, mileage reimbursement and flexible working
