The Best Connection Group Limited is looking to appoint a HR Advisor to join our existing team based at our People Services Centre in Halesowen.

**The Role**:
The HR Advisor works closely with the HR Manager and People Services team to support the successful day to day running and delivery of the Human Resources function. The HR Advisor delivers high quality and consistent advice, support and resolution to all employee and manager queries across the employee’s life-cycle.

The HR Advisor will:

- Resolve day to day employee and line manager service inquiries, issues and complaints, identifying and escalating any issues and incidents as appropriate
- Escalate enquires to the HR Manager where necessary
- Provide high quality advice and generalist HR support and advice to managers
- Support line managers and employees with high quality advice and generalist HR advice including and across all People policies, such as absence, performance management, grievance, misconduct guidance
- Manage a personal caseload and develop effective on-going relationships with managers
- Assist in the coaching, mentoring and development of new colleagues and managers
- Support the delivery of the People Services Strategy and KPIs for the year
- Support with delivery and adoption of change activity such as policy or processes implementation or organisational change management
- Work closely with the internal communication team to schedule, draft and issue essential people relating communications, messages and updates

***The Package**:

- Annual salary of approximately £23,000 to £27,500 depending on experience and qualifications

**The Person**:
**Essential Criteria**:

- Level 3 CIPD Qualification or Equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload efficiently to meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills

***Desired Criteria**:

- Level 5/7 CIPD Qualification
- Employment Law experience
