**HR Coordinator**
£22,000-£25,000 per annum | Temporary | Kings Norton B38, Birmingham
**About The Role**
We are looking for an enthusiastic, independent HR Coordinator to join our client based in Kings Norton, Birmingham. You will be providing full support within the human resources department.
**Specific Responsibilities**
- Raising purchase orders for the HR function
- Issuing ID and access cards to all new starters
- KPI and HR reporting
- Weekly reconciliation of hours/holiday and absence within the Time & Attendance system.
- Support the HR function by providing a strong administration service within the employee lifecycle including recruitment, induction, training, benefits, performance, payroll, leavers.
- Scanning and electronically filing all employee documentation
- Support HR Advisor and HR Business Partner with case management administration
- Contribute towards the improvement of workplace efficiency.
- Any other duties as deemed appropriate and within the capability of the role of HR Coordinator.
**About You**
- Strong administration and organisation skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of HR functions and best practice
- Knowledge of employment law and human resources responsibilities
- Great understanding of payroll practices
- Team player
- Proficient in word, excel, PowerPoint and mail merge experience
- CIPD level 5 qualified is desirable

**Working Hours**
40 hours maximum a week - 08:00am-16:30pm or 09:00am-17:30pm Monday
- Friday.
