Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a full time CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join us in our busy Greenford (West London) office.
Your ultimate goal is to reduce complaints and retain clients.
- Have a confident telephone manner.
- Be customer focused.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Be a lateral and logical thinker.
- Have good organisational skills.
- Be adept at conflict management and have good influencing skills.
- Have good computer skills (Office 365, G-Suite, etc) including general awareness of CRM systems.
- Have an excellent memory for detail and facts after the event.
Also preferably with previous customer care experience.
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
