Are you motivated by delivering exceptional customer service?

Do you have experience working with Google Docs/spreadsheets and have tracking or logistics experience?

If so my client a fabulous family owned business are now looking for a person to manage the tracking and progressing of customer orders. You will be joining a really great team of people and will be trained by a really brilliant manager.

The role will involve a lot of communication both by phone and e mail with customers, factories in the UK and in Europe as well as the internal sales team

Monday to Friday 9-5pm, really sociable company plus the opportunity to earn 2k a year in shared team bonus.

Duties
- Managing enquiries raised by the sales team
- this could include delivery and invoicing issues
- Managing delivery issues
- liaison with factory and carriers
- Giving customers ETA dates
- Sending and downloading POD’s
- Chasing manufacturers for delivery dates
- Managing Google Docs spreadsheet
- Monitoring e mail in box
- Raising faulty good issues and raising credits and replacement stock
- General admin support to the team

Skills needed
- Customer service experience
- Ideally knowledge of dealing with carriers and POD’s
- Strong team mentality
- Able to prioritise and manage time well
- Strong word and Excel skills
- Bags of common sense
