**Graduate Scheme - Recruitment Consultant**

**Basic - 24K and uncapped commission.**

We are looking for exceptional graduates who are the largely ambitious, driven and money motivated. You will be joining an industry leading recruitment consultancy firm that has an established name in the market for excellence within Financial Services recruitment.

Due to exceptional growth, we are looking for 8 quality graduates to join my client’s graduate scheme. These are all entry level roles; you do not need previous recruitment consultancy experience; however the standard for the graduate scheme is HIGH. Youwill need to have excellent academics and be able to prove you have the drive and ambition to succeed in a high pressure role.

You will be given all the training and development you need to grow from a fresh graduate into a top billing recruitment consultant.
- You must be resilient, confident, and exceptionally **driven to succeed.**Recruitment is a tough role, there will be times when you fail, what is going to get you up in the morning and start all over again?
- You must be financially motivated with the desire to exceed every target. This will not be easy, targets in recruitment are hard to hit and you will have to work long hours to achieve them but the rewards will be worth it
- Able to demonstrate clear evidence of strong work ethic and ambition.
- A first-class communicator (written and oral)
- You will need to have a competitive nature; no one wants to be bottom of the leader board This can be shown through extracurricular achievements such as sports, drama, dance or debate team.

**The role**:

- Managing client relationships and negotiating terms and conditions
- Closing lucrative deals
