**Role title**:Graduate Building Surveyor/Project Manager** -**(September 2026 start)

**Salary**:London: £30,000 and £1,500 sign on bonus/Regions: £27,000 and £1,000 sign on bonus

**About this role**:
More than 230 of our consultants advise on buildings and projects throughout the UK with regional offices in England and Scotland (across 15 offices) and further resource for coverage throughout Europe (across 70 offices). In London our teams specialise out into professional services and project management teams, whereas in our regional offices we provide the wider service out of a single team.

**Building Surveying**:
Our Building and Project Consultancy service provides bespoke end-to-end specialist solutions that can be applied across all technical aspects of a property lifecycle. This includes advisory roles on the acquisition, development, ownership, occupation, sustainable retrofit and disposal of individual assets and portfolios across all property sectors.

Our teams work closely with a range of institutional clients across the UK and Europe, including commercial property landlords, investors, banks, and occupiers, understanding their specific business objectives to provide clear holistic advice in relation to their property interests. **Project Management (Construction / Property)**:

Cardiff, Bristol - Our vibrant and busy Wales and West Building and Project Consultancy department wishes to supplement the existing professional team with the hire of a new and enthusiastic graduate to assist across all areas of our service line offer. We undertake the full remit of typical building surveying and project management duties, and our team of experienced professionals are keen to work with and develop the career of a new graduate who wants to enter the industry in this location.

**How you’ll make an impact**:
Good communication and organisational skills and a proactive approach are vital to succeed as a Planning Graduate. You will need that ability to manage a varied workload working as part of a team, while also having the ability to use your own initiative, and be passionate about delivering the best service possible for your clients.
