Independently facilitate agreed activities within the London Moving On Project.

The role will include:

- Devising and implementing regular wellbeing activities and educational workshops for clients to attend. These should be trauma informed and meet the specific needs of the client group.
- To support clients to socialize within a group setting
- To offer a safe and comfortable experience for all clients, showing awareness of clients varying physical and mental well-being needs
- To provide feedback to caseworker and coordinator, reporting any observations or concerns in a timely manner.
- Ability to work in a sensitive and sometimes challenging environment with an awareness of our client’s vulnerabilities. An awareness of confidentiality procedures and GDPR is essential.
- Take part in regular supervision and support
- Regularly attend volunteer meetings and attend training as and when required, to work within agreed professional boundaries at all times.

- Someone who is friendly, kind, empathetic, non-judgemental and willing to learn. This role requires a regular commitment (to be agreed between the volunteer and a coordinator).
- Knowledge and understanding of human trafficking issues or willingness to learn.
- An understanding of the importance of professional boundaries in the role.

Volunteers must be over the age of 18.
