Skills And Experience A background in education, coaching, financial literacy, career development, or personal development (preferred but not required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience facilitating workshops, giving presentations, or working with groups (volunteer or professional experience welcome). Strong organisational skills to plan and execute effective sessions. Personal Qualities Enthusiastic and approachable, with a passion for supporting others. Adaptable and culturally sensitive, able to connect with women from diverse backgrounds. Creative and resourceful, capable of making complex topics accessible and engaging. Availability & Commitment Requirement You can commit a minimum of 1–3 hours per week. You are able to attend scheduled meetings, planning sessions, and team check‑ins. You are prepared to contribute steadily over a minimum period of 3–6 months. You have the capacity to deliver assigned tasks on time with professionalism. Volunteers who cannot meet these requirements may be discontinued after the first three weeks. Additional Responsibilities Tailor your facilitation style and materials to meet the unique needs of participants. Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment where everyone feels valued. Collaborate with the Connecting Stories team to design and refine workshop content. Collect feedback from participants to continuously improve future sessions.
