We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and proactive Ticketing Sales Supervisor to join our team at The Lost Estate.

We are looking for an individual with a proven **track record in high-end theatre or events**. You will be passionate about the arts and hospitality and believe in our mission of bringing TLE’s immersive experiences to the widest audience possible. As Ticketing Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our ticketing and sales strategy, helping to ensure the **delivery of exceptional service from a guest‘s first point of contact through to visit**. You’ll work closely alongside Head of Sales and Customer Service as well as other members of management team supporting the overall department function.

KEY DUTIES:

- **Assist in the management of guest retention and growth, including database mangement, superfan growth and complaint resolution**:

- **Complete venue and sales capacity management**:

- **Liaise between departments to support guest requests and changes**:

- **Compile and distribute weekly sales reports and assist with data tasks when required**:

- **Proactively develop and implement contracts for third party and travel trade sellers, establishing and maintaining positive commercial relationships to help increase revenue.**:

- **Manage all aspects of group and corporate bookings**:

- **Assist with ticket system builds including event builds, discount codes and others as and when required**:

- **Strategising new ticketing opportunities and partnerships for TLE**:

- **Assist with staff scheduling when required**:
PERSONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- **Previous experience with Klaviyo or other marketing automation platform (desirable)**:

- **Previous experience with Line-Up or ticketing and database systems (desirable)**:

- **Advanced experience in using Google Sheets for data analysis purposes**:

- **Excellent customer service skills**:

- **Effective sales and relationship building skills**:

- **Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required**:

- **Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams**:

- **Commercial mindset**:

- **Ability to perform well under pressure**:

- **Great problem-solving skills**:

- **Adaptable to change and possess a willingness to embrace innovative ideas and new processes**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
