**The Role**

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an individual to join as Head of Operations. Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for the nationwide delivery of services in conjunction with our operations management team.

You will be highly proactive with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage across a broad spectrum of staff and suppliers.

**Key Duties Will Include;**
- Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of the operations department to ensure smooth progress against set objectives.
- Provide advice, guidance, training and development to operations management team.
- Identify improvement areas and creates plans for board approval.
- Execute plans designed to meet company goals by changing policies and coaching employees.
- Assist board of directors with operational activities and setting strategic goals that promote company growth.
- Working knowledge of horticulture and grounds maintenance industry.
- Proven track record of operations management in a relevant industry.
- Minimum of 5 years operations management experience.
- Full Driving licence
- H&S qualification.

**Experience**:

- Operations management: 5 years (preferred)
- grounds maintenance: 3 years (preferred)

- Driving Licence (required)
