Looking for a new opportunity as a Head Housekeeper? We have just the position for you, we have a unique operation with a small hotel, conference and wedding venue and lodges/cottages on site as well. The role will oversee all rooms, public areas and conference spaces on site, and you would be looking after a number of housekeepers as well as public area cleaners.

This is a great chance to join a quality operation, you will need to have worked in a similar position in the past, and have experience of 3-4 star hotels, Country house hotels and wedding venues in the past. You will need to be organised, a good team leader, be strong at training and development. This role needs a strong manager who can manage an efficient service, which fits with the level of hotel and delivers a service to customers that the client requires.

Overall you will be a team player as well as a leader, good at talking to all levels and motivating the staff in your department. This role has the added advantage of a Live in option in a 2 bedroom cottage on site, and so is available on top of the salary for free.
