Responsible for the compliant repair and preventive maintenance of all the site machines, services, PPE and raw materials.

As the Stores Co-Ordinator you will be expected to manage the engineering and raw materials inventories,

Deal with these deliveries to site, and lease with the various departmental teams.

Co-ordinate and manage the stock inventory levels, as well as sourcing products, and locating stock items in readiness

for scheduled work.

Manage all aspects of the stores including weekly, monthly and annual stock takes and issuing PPE.

Support the development and management of the asset care programme, working closely with the Planner/Scheduler, and

the engineering team.

About you
- Minimum requirements:_
- Organised and able to prioritise workloads to enable smooth running of supply
- Able to build relationships with internal and external service partners
- Computer literate
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical parts
- Able to negotiate with supplies to get the best service and pricing
- Understanding of costs in relation to budget
- Experience of running a stores function
- Able to make decisions in a time pressured, and fast paced commercial environment
- Have a Can Do attitude with as proactive approach to change management
- Preferred requirements:_
- SAP experience
- An engineering qualification
