**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements and coordinating interviews. conducting interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, filing, and managing HR databases.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials. Assistance in staff inductions
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programmes and maintain related records.
- Help organise training sessions and employee development initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members on various HR projects as needed.
- Help organise staff sickness systems, conduct back to work meetings
**Skills**
- Proficient in using IT for document creation and management.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong clerical and administrative abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional organisational skills to prioritise workload effectively.
- Competence in using office equipment and software for daily operations.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 42 per week

**Education**:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
