We are now recruiting for a Property Management Assistant who can complement our current team.

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, organised and methodical Assistant to join the Property Management team at our busy City Centre agency. The role will involve liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors in all aspects of property management to ensure the smooth running of tenancies.

**The role**:

- Prepare properties for new tenancies and conduct detailed inventories
- Provide a thorough, informative check-in process for new tenants.
- To deal with maintenance issues reported to the office, fact find and subsequently instruct relevant contractors to carry out repairs and liaise with landlords and tenants accordingly.
- Conduct renewals with current tenants.
- Conduct Check Out appointments in line with the in going inventory.
- Ensure customer care is a priority at all times and that customer issues are dealt with effectively and promptly.

- Full UK driving license
