Randstad are recruiting for ICT Support Assistants within Belfast Metropolitan College based in the Titanic Quarter campus.

**Requirements**:

- A Hold a Level 3 qualification (such as a BTEC National, GNVQ Advanced, or NVQ Level 3) or above
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Grade C and above (certificates must be produced)
- 1 years experience of planning and organising administrative tasks, please provide dates
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Enhanced vetting is required for these roles including an enhanced Access NI check

Duties
- The post holder will be responsible for centrally maintaining Portable IT assets (Laptops / Tablets) within the TQ/Millfield/Castlereagh/Springvale Campuses and ensure that assets are charged with all software patches installed and in good working order and delivered to College Lecturers as per booking requests.
- Ensure assets are fully charged and ready for use.
- Ensure assets are in good working order and can connect to the College wireless network.
- Regular checks of lapsafes and devices to identify any potential issues / hazards /problems
- Ensure all devices are fully updated with latest software and operating system patches before handing out to staff.
- Identify problem laptops and assist in investigation and resolution of all incidents or problems that arise.
