We are currently working with an established not for profit organisation undergoing a period of change, restructure and expansion.

Due to this planned growth, they are now seeking an experienced Finance Manager, or a Management Accountant who wishes to take the next step in their career. The role will be responsible for all reporting, forecasting and analysis on a daily basis, providingsenior management with the information and tools required to assist in ongoing strategic decision making and market focus.

As a Finance Manager (Director of Finance) for the International operation, you will also oversee the general day to day finance activities of the business, working closely with colleagues, stakeholders and business partners in the UK. You will be responsiblefor managing the activities of a wide range of partners and branches overseas and therefore should have some knowledge of overseas transactions and multicultural operations, particularly in Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Experienced gained in a charity, not for profit or similar environment and knowledge of working with Trustees will be beneficial. As this in an International organisation, you should also have knowledge and experience of an international operation and beable to build sound relationships across all areas.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis with 1-2 days per week in the office and when required.
