Description Duties of the Finance Supervisor include but are not limited to: Supervise daily accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Review and approve financial documents, including invoices and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes. Provide guidance and support to junior team members in the Accounting & Finance department. Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management review. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within finance operations.Profile A successful Finance Supervisor should have: A strong background in transactional finance.
