**Support Team Coordinator Vacancy Based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire**

**Basic full time salary circa £22,463 FTE**

**Add in just one Responsive Night/Sleep-in per week at £56.34 = Potential salary £26,111 per annum + additional overtime opportunities**

**40 hours per week**

**Expanding on your role as Support Worker you will work alongside the Support Manager helping to manage staff teams, fulfilling a range of administrative duties while actively working creatively and appropriately with the individuals we support.**

**You will act as a role model ensuring staff work within the organisation’s policies, procedures, systems and adhere to the core values of Kingwood.**

**All applicants must have at least two year’s experience of working with adults with autism and/or learning difficulties - 40hrs minimum p/w on a rota basis.**

**A relevant training programme will be provided.**
