Commercial Coordinator

The role
Fugro is now seeking a commercial coordinator to join our commercial land site characterisation team based from our Oxfordshire head office.
As our commercial coordinator you will join a busy commercial team, spread across multiple offices in the UK by supporting and maintaining our client relationship management database software (CRM), completing tender prequalification’s (PQQs), reviewingtender packages and supporting on proposal submissions with the overall proposal manager, coordinating marketing tasks plus commercial business analytics with quarterly trend reporting.

Who you’ll be working with:
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be working closely with the Business development, proposal, marketing and HSEQ teams supporting with the Tendering process.
Here’s what a typical day would be like:
Working with the Business Development team you will be;
- Registering new companies and new contacts and quality checks in the CRM database.
- Tender Reviews
- Prequalification and client questionnaires.
- Proposal Preparation Support - Collate supporting documents for appendices, checking portals for opportunities and distributing to the tender team. Updating the company profile including insurances and accreditations. Proposal text support and word formattingas well as proof reading, language and grammar checks.
- Marketing coordination General Administration Duties - Client satisfaction surveys and chasing teams, team CV updates with the team and wider business and internal audits quality tender compliance and checks.
Who we’re looking for:
Essential
- An understanding of proposals and marketing
- Strong Computer skills
- Strong Communication Skills, both written and Verbal
- A good team player and able to form working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Desirable
- Junior proposal/marketing experience but not essential, full training will be provided.
