Rodenhurst School is a SEN school in Shropshire for up to 15 pupils with SEMH/ASD/PDA/school anxiety and trauma.
Small student numbers mean we can give our very best to the young people who come through our doors every day, and we'd love you to be there too.
**Responsibilities**:
- Understand individual needs and evaluate behaviors
- Active listening and proactive engagement
- Support emotional, social, and learning needs
- Prepare engaging tasks and foster a positive environment
- Embrace teamwork and effective communication
- Commitment to safeguarding children
- Enhanced DBS check required

34hrs per week, **term time only** - paid for 44 weeks in 12 equal instalments.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £11.60-£12.60 per hour
Expected hours: 34 per week
