**Office Based/Hybrid Role with Customer Visits.**

**£38,000 to £45,000 plus uncapped profit related bonus.**

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join a well-established service company within Air Conditioning & Refrigeration to cover the Midlands region.

**JOB ROLE**
- Be actively involved in the process of business development to ensure continued and sustainable growth
- Identify and follow up on current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a network to improve the presence and reputation of both the Branch and wider Company.
- Responsible for ensuring profitability and achieving agreed sales targets, profitability and outcomes for the Branch.
- The role is 100% new business, you will be expected to generate leads and grow & nurture these relationships.
- Offer design input on installation projects.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven sales background in refrigeration, air conditioning, chillers and / or AHU's.
- Existing Portfolio of clients in the area would be an advantage
- Customer relationship management experience within the industry
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of a wide range of systems.
- High financial and commercial awareness with the ability to manage large budgets and resources.
- Experience in selling service contracts or Air conditioning installation projects
- A thorough understanding of and ability to deliver outstanding and continuous customer service.
- Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office 365.
- Commutable distance to the office in Solihull.
