Position - Broker Liaison Coordinator

My client offers specialist insurance products including cycle insurance, motor and household legal expenses, landlord and rent guarantee, cyber cover, and automotive ancillary products, services insurers, brokers and MGA'S nationally as well as managing affinityschemes via full cycle quote and buy web services on line and wholesaling products nationally.
Main responsibility of the role:
Supporting the business by liaising with insurance brokers, third party companies and direct clients. The Broker Liaison liaises between LawShield and the Insurance Brokers holding agencies to sell insurance ancillary products. The priority is to assist thebusiness to develop and maintain strong relationships with its customers, providing regular Management and Customer information reporting, in respect of performance, and to identify new business opportunities to sell additional products.
Key Accountabilities:

- Monthly liaison with all brokers, understanding what products they are selling
- Maintain broker database ensuring correct contact details
- Generate activity and up sell our products claims services
- Continually review each brokers process and encourage electronic submissions
- Providing quotations and issue policy documentation
- Inputting sale data
- Ensure monies are recovered in a timely manner
- Request invoices
- Bordereaux production as required
- Input into the content for marketing campaigns and websites, Lawshield, Household etc
- Manage internal product sales, excess waiver, gap, breakdown
- Velosure sales calls overflow
- Attend offsite broker/product meetings as required
