**Position : Experienced Night Support Workers Urgently Needed**

**Location : Stevenage, Hertfordshire**

**Hours : 12 hour shifts, Monday to Sunday. Night Shifts. Staff will be expected to work a weekend on a rota basis.**

**Hourly Rate : £10.50 to £12 per hour, depending on experience.**

We are looking for experienced Support Workers who can make a difference in the lives of the children and young people in our care.

The home is EBD based and we are looking for Residential Support Workers to help reach the potential of our children and young people that we support.

We are looking for committed individuals with experience of effectively supporting children and young people in a number of settings, but mainly their residences and excursions. A proven ability to care for and relate to children and young people is essential, as well as being able to work as part of a team.

Level 3 diploma in child care or equivalent required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- health and social care work: 2 years (required)
- working with young people: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Level 3 Diploma or equivalent in children/young people (required)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)
