**More about your **role**

As one of our Apprentice Customer Support coordinator, you'll develop the skills knowledge and behaviours to start your career working with our vulnerable customers in our support schemes. You'll study an apprenticeship in Children Young People & Families Practitioner, giving you an understanding our vulnerable customer group and access a bespoke learning and development programme.

Day to day you will work closely with our customers to ensure the opportunities for independent living, this could be achieving longer term tenancies or adapted living. You'll learn and work with the wider team to co-ordinate housing and intensive housing management services to vulnerable people.

The role will involve working with customers, colleagues and outside agencies and professionals to deliver a holistic service that is of the highest standard with a people first approach. You will play a key role in signing up new customers to the service and in providing advice and guidance with the welfare/benefit system. These are all skills you will be supported to develop.

No previous experience is required, as you'll receive the qualifications and training you need to succeed. You'll want to make a difference in peoples lives and be friendly and approachable.

You'll feel confident speaking to lots of different people and be an ambassador of our SPIRIT values.

You'll be able to motivate yourself and take constructive feedback well. A clear commitment to learning and self improvement is essential to success in this role.
