Looking to develop a career in administration? Wanting to work in the world of football? Manchester International Football Academy (MIFA), a dynamic organisation, is seeking to appoint an Office Administrator Apprentice to help it support football players aged 16+ from all over the world to experience English football. MIFA is a football and education centre located in Salford, Manchester providing opportunities for young people to access daily professional coaching helping them reach their potential whilst also supporting their academic studies. MIFA also supports professional footballers with their development and careers.
As Office Administrator Apprentice you will be Assisting the Office Manager with administrative tasks, whilst undertaking a Level 3 administration apprenticeship.You will learn administration skills providing general clerical and administrative support. Duties cover answering telephone calls, welcoming customers and visitors, receptionist activities, photocopying, filing, scheduling meetings, helping with enrolment paperwork, daily registration process, creating social media content and assisting with marketing where appropriate. Cover for colleagues will also be part of the role.

Terms and Conditions
- National Minimum Wage
- 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. - (1 hr for lunch)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
It is a customer facing role so good interpersonal skills are required.

1 To answer telephone calls and correspondence
2 To welcome customers and visitors

5 To provide general clerical and administrative support, for example, photocopying, filing, completing forms

11 To assist in providing cover for colleagues when required

**Experience**
- Experience of general clerical and administrative work
**Qualifications/Training**
- Possess good numeracy and literacy skills, GCSE English and Maths (grade C/4 and above)
- Professional yet flexible
**Knowledge/Skills**
- Ability to manage own workload effectively
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge and experience of information technology and ability to use ICT packages, including spreadsheets, data bases and wordprocessing
- Possess good keyboard skills in order to produce high quality documents
- Accuracy and precision when handling enrolment paperwork
- Ability to relate well to students and customers
- Be able to work constructively as part of a team, understanding MIFA roles and responsibilities and your own position within these
- Ability to identify your own training and development needs
