**Company Overview**

**Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice to join our team. This role will focus on supporting our business operations through effective communication with both new and existing customers, while also providing valuable support to our employees. You will be enrolled on a L3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard with Salford City College.
**Responsibilities**
- Front of house reception/admin
- Oversee day-to-day admin tasks, including invoicing
- Ensure projects meet client requirements and deadlines
- Maintain quality control of project
- Contribute to business development, including marketing initiatives, including social media marketing
- Manage clients
- Look after the office/ daily upkeep
- Write statements to accompany planning drawings
- Manage timesheets, holidays, CPD, and training

**Qualifications**
- Some office experience or willingness to learn administrative processes.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- A positive attitude towards learning and personal development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: £13,741.00 per year
