Property Surveyor

Russell Taylor Group require Property Surveyor's for the Central Belt.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct comprehensive property surveys to identify and assess various structural issues.
- Provide detailed recommendations and solutions for addressing identified problems.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop tailored action plans.
- Prepare thorough reports outlining survey findings, proposed interventions, and cost estimates.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and best practices in property assessment and remediation.
**Requirements**:
- HND in a relevant field (e.g., construction, architecture, engineering).
- Proven experience in property surveying or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant surveying tools and software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for on-site inspections.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
