**Purpose of Job**
- Lead and motivate the team involved in delivering The Net service, in order to provide a support and well being service to people in the Telford area.
- To communicate and co-ordinate the projects activities to achieve the best utilisation of resources and outcomes for the clients.
- To ensure that the clients are involved in the development design and activities of the project.
- To gather, monitor and log feedback on the service.

**About The Net**

The partnership which delivers The Net, consists of:

- Stay as the lead agency, a local provider of housing and support.
- Citizens Advice, which delivers financial advice.
- Telford MIND which offers mental health support

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Have responsibility for the day to day management of The Net service.
- To provide quarterly and year-ending statistical reports on all activities.
- To attend regular meetings to report on developments in the service.
- To ensure that all documentation and team procedures are kept up to date.
- Contribute to achieving service outcomes, targets and service excellence as required by Stay’s contractual obligations and Stay’s policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain good relationships with clients and external agencies.
- Lead on the project consultancy process from the referral stage throughout therapy and beyond.
- To organise and facilitate the client group sessions.
- To embed a culture of service user involvement in shaping the project and continuously improving the service.
- To complete managerial and caseload supervisions with the Intensive Support Workers.
- To carry out annual appraisals with staff.

**Collective Tasks**
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with specialists and agencies or individual services relevant to the clients’ needs.
- Promote and represent Stay/Telford Mind and Citizens Advice Telford and the Wrekin at relevant forums and meetings.
- Work to the lone-worker guidelines.
- Work actively to implement the ethos of Stay, Telford Mind and Citizens Advice Telford and the Wrekin.
- Aid, support and respect clients in the decisions they make.
- Work, where possible, to alleviate feelings of prejudice and stigma experienced by homeless or marginalised groups.
- Have a duty to take care of your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your actions at work. You must co-operate with Stay and colleagues to help everyone meet their legal requirements.
- Contribute to the building of a staff culture where every person feels empowered and valued.
- Work the hours as directed on the staffing rota and to respond to the needs of the clients at other times if required in an emergency.
- Attend the annual staff conference.

- Work as part of a team including input into continuous improvement initiatives.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 15 months

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
