Sports Partnerships Executive

**Where you’ll play**:
Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager, the Sports Partnerships Executive will play a key role in the growth and development of the Partnerships Programme across the UK&I Performance Marketing Division.
The role will have responsibility for maintaining & developing new and existing relationships, identifying market trends, and exploring new business opportunities along with general account management of our external partners.
**How you’ll play it**:
- Manage and improve existing relationships with UK&I partners, helping to identify ways to grow acquisition volumes and player quality.
- Contribute to the overall Sports Partnerships Strategy for both the Paddy Power & Betfair brands, as well as helping drive our Free to Play offering.
- Create and execute all promotional comms and a weekly newsletter with the latest PPB offer and product news.
- Work closely with the creative team to deliver required creative assets for the channel and reporting on the changes implemented using key metrics.
- Report and present to key stakeholders in the business on performance channel performance when requested.
- Managing, understanding and reporting on monthly multi-million-pound budgets.
- Create high level, in-depth reports to facilitate key business decisions, using the data, provide recommendations. Decisions should be supported by detailed data analysis.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Must have in-depth knowledge of online marketing. Knowledge of other marketing channels including Social, PPC, SEO and Display. An understanding of the affiliate marketplace is essential.
- Experience specifically in the gambling industry is essential, along with experience using managing/implementing multiple marketing platforms.
- Must be analytical with a strong attention to detail with ability to influence without authority when dealing with Senior Stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills. The ability to show stakeholder management within the business and the ability to clearly demonstrate the performance of the Sports programme in various formats while also formulating recommendations and actions plans on areas we can improve.
