- You will be working in Freshgo’s lONDIS & The Dessert bar.
- Greeting and serving customers.
- Be involved in stock control and management.
- Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
- Understanding Dessert preparation and making fresh desserts for customers.
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Stocking shelves, date check, and stock rotation in merchandise.
- Answering queries from customers.
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor/manager.
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Balancing cash registers with receipts.
- Dealing with customer refunds.
- Keeping the store tidy and clean, includes hovering and mopping.
- Responsible for dealing with customer complaints.
- Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
- Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
- Responsible for security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards and other activities, etc...
- Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
- Using HHT(Hand Held Terminals) stock price check, price reduction, and assisting stock ordering.
- Housekeeping.
- Following Due diligence instructions.
- And follow management's instructions from time to time, to complete the business requirements.
- Using whatsapp for management communication.

**The personal skills that are required for the job**:

- Having a friendly and engaging personality.
- Basic Numeracy / Literacy.
- Comfortable working with members of the public.
- Should have a confident manner.
- Must be helpful and polite.
- Assistants should be physically fit as they will be on their feet for most of the day and may be required to lift large amounts of stock.
- You should have a comprehensive understanding of your area of sales i.e. retail, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, etc.
- Able to work as part of the team.
- Able to work individually.
- Knowledge of inventory techniques.
- Should be of a smart appearance and articulate.
- fallow management instructions accordingly, from time to time.
- Using WhatsApp for management communication.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- 8 Or 6 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Sunday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour
