**PE Global is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our leading multi-national client based in Watford, UK.**
- **Job Purpose**To provide a seamless, high quality, customer experience by proactive management of general queries and orders through the quote to cash process, which will include regular contact with production, supply chain, sales, external vendors and customers.**2. Principal Accountabilities**
Ensure a high level of service is provided to the account maximising service levels whilst building the relationship.
To lead the resolution of complaints working to find resolution to improve customer experience and minimise further escalation
Managing all disputed invoices as a priority, promptly investigating customer claims enabling the collection of the invoice.
Responsible for managing communication with external customers for requests which include sales orders, loans, returns, disputes and general enquiries, taking ownership of the issue and maximising first time resolution where possible.
To be an advocate of our culture pillars of Care, Collaboration and Courage, to actively demonstrate these in action to deliver our customers, and end patients, the best possible experience.
**Actively pursue opportunities to offer customers**:
(1) Alternative or additional products with focus on promoting new to market products
(2) Alternative or additional kits for a surgical procedure during a loan booking
(3) Information related to new product launches and events.
Identify issues impacting ability to deliver a high quality service and work with the relevant Customer Service Manager to investigate and introduce corrective actions
Ensure compliance to cGMP, cGDP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, US FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and any other applicable quality standards or regulations concerning Medicinal Products and Medical Devices.

Leveraging the tools to the maximum to deliver customer experience
**4. Knowledge and Experience**
Proven background (2 years plus) in a sales and distribution context for a global manufacturer.
Experience of using an ERP system, preferably SAP
Experience of using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
Effective communicator able to get the best out of all situations
Team player with an understanding on how to work collaboratively to achieve or exceed individual and departmental targets but also understanding that at times needs to work with little supervision
