Core working hours are 8 hours a day, Monday - Friday, on a weekly shift pattern, between the hours of 07.30 - 22.00. Core hours are 08.30-17:30 with early and evening shifts on rotation, roughly once every 5 weeks.

Calling all Customer Service Advisors
- We are recruiting on behalf of our client who specialise in supplying plant-based ingredients, ideas, and inspiration to chefs across the UK for eating out of home. Supplying over 3000 top chefs and operators in the UK. They are plant-based foodies, with the largest range of plant-based ingredients in the UK, cutting edge innovation and industry leading plant-based expertise.

You will ideally be fantastic at building customer rapport and enjoy providing a world class experience to our existing and new customers. We would love to hear from you if you have a passion for customer service and problem solving.

**The basics**:

- Customer Service Advisor Salary: £22,000

**The responsibilities**:

- Building customer rapport and providing a world class service experience
- Making outbound and inbound calls to and from existing and new customers
- Managing various mailboxes supporting customer, supplier and field sales queries in a timely manner
- Ensure all new orders, new accounts etc. are input accurately
- Maintain high standards of customer communication and able to manage challenges from the customer
- Ensure that the day-to-day call sets are adhered to and calls in line to KPIs, ensuring that calls are covered in a timely manner

**The skills needed**:

- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including Maths and English
- Passion for customer service and problem solving
- Computer literate to intermediate level
- Polite and professional manner
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good telephone manner, including clear speech
