**Job Description: Executive Assistant to the CEO**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Schedule Management**: Efficiently manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including the coordination of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- **Primary Contact Point**: Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and professional interactions.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare, review, and edit a range of documents, such as reports, presentations, and correspondence, to meet high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organise and manage meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on key action points.
- **Presentation & Briefing Support**: Assist with the preparation of key documents, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings, conferences, and other events.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in both English and Nepali, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and proficiency with other relevant office software.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with senior executives, staff, and external partners.
- **Organisational Skills**: Demonstrated capability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and manage time effectively while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
- **Professionalism**: A high level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability in handling sensitive matters.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- **Previous Experience**: Prior experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-Suite or Board level, in a fast-paced environment.
