**Job description**

Now Education are recruiting for long term roles starting immediately in primary schools across St Helens.

We are seeking teaching assistants to work full time on a 1:1 basis with young people who have SEND and SEMH.

NOW Education works closely with our client schools and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our schools and work in established teams.

Most of our schools have a start time from around 8.30am - 3.30pm.

**To be considered for a position you must have;**

Experience supporting young people with SEND and SEMH.

Experience in schools or have relevant skills through another role such as support work.
Be comfortable working with pupils on a 1:1 basis, providing motivation and support to engage with lessons/workshops/activities.
Have excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and students.
A valid enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be willing to obtain one.

Be available 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: £80.00-£95.00 per day
