**Test Equipment Support Engineer.**

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Test Equipment Support Engineer to join an excellent electronics manufacturer in the Portsmouth area.

With no day ever being the same the Test Equipment Support Engineer role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and calibrate production test equipment, this could include repairs and upgrades.
- Ensure that procedures and process documentation are reviewed and maintained appropriately.
- Independently diagnosis Special to Type Test Equipment
- Conduct varied testing including earth bond and Insulation tests.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Technical Qualification in Electrical Engineering (eg.HND)
- 1-2 years minimum in industry
- Knowledge on SAP
- Understanding of varied technical disciples (analogue, digital, programming, RF and micro processing)
- Maritime background highly beneficial
